Brian K. JonesBrian K. Jones
Regional Manager, Jefferson Island Storage & Hub

Brian Jones, as regional manger, brings more than 27 years of experience in the natural gas compression, pipeline, and underground storage business. Brian joined AGL Resources in 2007 and is responsible for directing and managing the operational business processes to ensure the safe, reliable and cost effective operation of JISH.

In addition to his extensive experience with pipeline operations and construction, Brian is very familiar with the federal and state regulations that are in place to ensure the safe operation of natural gas storage facilities like JISH.

Brian is involved in civic activities in the Vermilion Parish and Iberia Parish communities. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.


Jason MireJason Mire
Supervisor of Operations, Jefferson Island Storage & Hub

With over 21 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Jason has worked at JISH for more than 12 years. As the operations supervisor at JISH, Jason is responsible for everything in the plant from equipment to personnel. He ensures that the operators are running the facility in the most efficient way while overseeing the maintenance of equipment and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Jason and his wife Tricia have two children, Joby and Zain. The Mire family lives in Delcambre and has kept busy in the community for over 15 years.


Craig “Bud” LeBlancCraig “Bud” LeBlanc
Plant Operator, Jefferson Island Storage & Hub

As plant operator, Bud LeBlanc sits at the helm of JISH’s computer operating system. Bud has been at the facility for the past 11 years and has worked in the natural gas industry for 26 years.

Bud grew up within a few miles of Lake Peigneur where he now monitors the withdrawal and injection of natural gas to meet the demands of the facility’s customers. A life-long resident of Delcambre, Bud graduated from Delcambre High School. He also spent several years as a volunteer firefighter. In addition to his job at JISH, Bud raises cattle and horses on his family farm.

Bud and his wife, Danielle, also a life-long Delcambre resident, attend church at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with their daughter, Chloe. An avid outdoorsman, Bud spends much of his free time hunting and fishing. He and his father-in-law, Glen Miguez, were recently recognized for rescuing residents trapped on rooftops the morning after Hurricane Rita passed through Delcambre.


Warren “Del” TibbettsWarren “Del” Tibbetts
Measurement Technician, Jefferson Island Storage & Hub

Del Tibbetts has worked in the natural gas pipeline industry since 1984. Even though Del is new at JISH, he is no stranger to the facility. Until recently, Del worked for the company that built the two pipelines that carry natural gas to and from the facility. Del worked on the original construction of the storage hub and assisted with the safe and efficient daily operation of the system. In his role as a measurement technician, Del calibrates, programs and configures the measurement equipment on the pipeline and patrols the pipeline to ensure its safe daily operation.

Del and his wife, Kim, have three children, Delman, Ethan and Emma. When Del is not spending time with his family, playing golf or woodworking in his shop, he coaches golf at his children’s school and prepares the junior golfers for competition.


Joe DonowhoJoe Donowho
Senior Maintenance Specialist, Jefferson Island Storage & Hub

A senior maintenance specialist, Joe has worked at JISH for more than 13 years. With 40 years experience in the oil and gas industry maintaining equipment used for gas processing and production, Joe has enjoyed living in Lafayette Parish for more than 13 years.



Jeff HebertJeff Hebert
Plant Operator, Jefferson Island Storage & Hub

Jeff has worked at JISH for more than 13 years. In his role as plant operator, Jeff helps ensure the safe operation of the JISH pipeline and facility -- monitoring natural gas pressure and flow from a computer.

A licensed master electrician, Jeff often works with his family’s electrical contracting business. Jeff and his wife, Rachel, have three sons. When Jeff is not hunting and fishing with Rachel, he is active in his church and community – including time spent volunteering in disaster relief efforts.


Danny HebertDanny Hebert
Senior Maintenance Technician, Jefferson Island Storage & Hub

Danny Hebert has worked at JISH for five years as senior maintenance technician.

After graduating from Acadiana High School, Danny worked in his father’s mechanic shop for three years before entering the oil and gas industry, where he has worked for the past 14 years, with a focus on natural gas engines and compressors.

Danny and his wife, Krista, are the proud parents of Madison, Ty and Talan. Danny and his family are members of East Bayou Baptist Church. When not spending time refereeing his three children, Danny pursues his passion of auto racing through his membership with the United Motor Professionals Association. As of September 2007, Danny was ranked fifth overall in the state of Louisiana.

When racing season is over, Danny likes to spend weekends at deer hunting camps with his wife and children.


Henry LeBlancHenry LeBlanc
Plant Operator, Jefferson Island Storage & Hub

Henry LeBlanc has worked at JISH for more than 12 years. With over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Henry’s expertise ranges from oilfield construction, work over rigs, offshore drilling, offshore production operator and now plant operator at JISH.

Henry and his wife, Gaynell, are the proud parents of Jolene, Eric, Joshua and Amy. Spending time with his children and his grandson, Avery, is one of Henry’s favorite pastimes. When he is not spending time with his family, Henry enjoys hunting and fishing as often as he can.

Henry counts his six years of military service in the Army National Guard as one of his greatest accomplishments.


Jason FalgoutJason Falgout
Instrument and Electrical Technician, Jefferson Island Storage & Hub

Jason has worked in the oil and gas industry for the past 15 years and joined JISH as plant operator before serving in his current position, instrument and electrical technician.

After graduating from Delcambre High School, Jason attended Southern Technical College and graduated with a degree in electronics and worked at Hunt Oil Company as a production operator.

Jason and his wife, Leah, are life long residents of Delcambre and have two beautiful children, Ali Rae and Zeb. Jason enjoys hunting, fishing and being in the outdoors with his family.


Kevin GuidryKevin Guidry
Plant Operator, Jefferson Island Storage & Hub

Kevin Guidry has worked in the oil and gas industry for the past 11 years and joined Jefferson Island Storage & Hub as a plant operator. Kevin monitors the natural gas storage system from a computer to ensure the safe operations of the JISH facility.

Kevin is a lifelong resident of Louisiana and currently resides near JISH in Delcambre. When he is not working, Kevin enjoys hunting and fishing.



Pivotal Energy Development

Dana A. Grams
President, Pivotal Energy Development


Dana Grams is president of Pivotal Energy Development, which operates JISH. With more than 27 years in natural gas supply and distribution operations, Dana is skilled at identifying and developing business opportunities like JISH.

Dana attended the United States Air Force Academy and graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in geology.

He and his wife live in the Houston suburb of West University and have a grown daughter as well as three children at home.

James Pitts
Vice President of Midstream Services, Pivotal Energy Development

James “Jim” Pitts joined AGL Resources in January of 2007 as vice president of midstream services. Jim is responsible for asset development of midstream projects and the operations of midstream assets, including JISH and the Golden Triangle Storage project in Beaumont, Texas, which is currently in development.

Since February of 2005, Jim has provided consulting services to AGL Resources for development and operation of salt dome storage related assets. In his capacity as a consultant, Jim has been responsible for operation of the JISH facility since January 2006.

Jim’s career in the natural gas industry began at Kinder Morgan after obtaining a BSEE from Texas Tech University. Jim left Kinder Morgan after completing 28 years of service in various operations and engineering assignments with the last position held as vice president of engineering. Jim is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.

Jim is now located in AGL Resources’ Houston office and has recently moved his family from Littleton, Colorado to Spring, Texas.

Richard Hyde
Senior Director of Governmental Relations, Pivotal Energy Development

Richard Hyde was named senior director, governmental relations, in July 2007. He has over 24 years of experience with auditing and government affairs in the natural gas industry.

Prior to joining AGL Resources, Hyde worked for Duke Energy Corporation, first as the director of government affairs for Florida and the Western Region, then as the director of federal government affairs. During this time, his responsibilities included identifying legislative issues that impacted Duke Energy and its business units, and developing relationships with legislators who represented districts where the company had assets. He performed similar job functions as the manager of state government affairs for PanEnergy Corporation, the position he held before joining Duke Energy. Hyde began his career as a senior internal auditor, first for Houston Lighting and Power, then for Panhandle Eastern Corporation.

Hyde feels an unwavering commitment to his community and has an excellent track record of getting his projects done. A native of Texas, he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville.

Hyde enjoys the outdoors: hunting, fishing and playing golf. He is also active in the Methodist church and has participated in several mission trips with his church youth group.
